Look I had no problem with the service except when asked for a copy of my license which I thought was a bit too much as they had all of my information required to purchase the goods. I declined to send my license and the goods were not processed and I am expecting a refund.

The email interactions were courteous and professional and except for that one issue I think they did a good job and they said they wanted to ensure client security. I am all for security but when you have my name, my e-mail, address and credit card details ( which has been enough for every other on line transaction) I fail to see that in this case my license was needed.

Was there a need for the delivery guy to have a copy of my photo to compare with my face? overkill I think.
